Why is Medio more expensive than some competitors?
Medio consultations are longer, doctor-led from day one, and completely independent. Your doctor has no financial incentive to prescribe any particular product. We believe thorough, unbiased consultations lead to better treatment outcomes.
Can I switch from another clinic to Medio?
Yes. If you've been a patient at another clinic in the last 12 months, you'll need a letter of discharge from your previous clinic. Your appointment can proceed, but prescriptions cannot be issued until the discharge letter is received.
